This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Agentic Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use SchoolProAI (the “Service”).
We collect: account info, study inputs and prompts, generated explanations and feedback, usage analytics, billing info if applicable. We also automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, log timestamps, and pages viewed.
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and prevent abuse; to generate AI outputs you request; to process payments; to provide customer support; to send essential service emails; and to comply with legal obligations.
Account data and content are stored in our managed application database. Backups may be retained on encrypted storage. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
We share limited information with third parties strictly to deliver the Service:
Each processor handles your information under its own privacy policy and our data-processing agreement with them. We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; and port your data. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell it. To exercise any right, email [email protected]; we will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by law.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may confirm or exercise this right by emailing [email protected].
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations (typically up to 3 years from last activity). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
We use first-party cookies for session management, authentication, and basic preference storage. We may use privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregated usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some Service features may not work without them.
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, hashed passwords, and access controls. If we discover a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators within the timeframe required by law (typically within 72 hours of confirmation, where the law so requires).
Our hosting provider operates servers in Germany and the European Union. By using the Service from outside the EU, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
AISchoolPro is a study tool that may be used by students under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Age screening. Every account provides a date of birth at sign-up. If the user is under 13, the account is created in a locked state and cannot be used until a parent or guardian provides verifiable consent.
Verifiable parental consent. For under-13 accounts we require a parent or guardian email and send a confirmation link. The account is unlocked only after the parent confirms. Parents may review the data collected and delete the account at any time.
What we collect from children. First name, date of birth, parent contact email, and the study content the student creates (notes, flashcards, practice answers). We collect only what the study features need.
We never sell children's data. We never use student data — from children or any user — to train AI models. Under COPPA, collecting children's data for AI training is not part of the service, and we do not do it.
Safety. Under-13 accounts have no open community or stranger chat, run in Socratic study mode by default, and are visible to the linked parent. Photo-scan images are processed for the request only and are not retained for training.
